What is the Student Organization Street Team?
The Street Team is a group of current Brockport student volunteers that are interested in interacting with incoming freshmen. Your role will involve engaging with the prospective students during their orientation with the goals of promotion, inclusion, and fun.
As a volunteer. you will be expected to arrive at 8:30 pm for a short, informative information session to provide you with the insight necessary to perform your duties.
While you are volunteering, you will be expected to keep all of the prospective students engaged through friendly conversation regarding your student involvement! It is as simple as that! When you are not chatting with prospective students, there may be other tasks associated with the event's activities that we could need assistance with. Remaining flexible and open minded is very much appreciated!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Please follow the link below to fill out the necessary form.
If you have any questions please reach out to the Student Union & Activities office at (585) 395-5646. Once a volunteer application is submitted, someone from the SU&A office will be in contact with you shortly.
